NEUROMODULATORS PRE & POST CARE CLIENT INSTRUCTIONS

What are neurotoxins used for?

Neurotoxins temporarily soften dynamic lines (e.g., forehead, brow, crow’s feet) by relaxing targeted muscles.

Before your appointment:

• Avoid blood thinners & supplements (e.g., ibuprofen, aspirin, omega-3s) for 3 days to reduce bruising.

• Do not proceed if you have a skin infection or known allergy to the product.

After treatment:

• Avoid touching or massaging treated areas on the day of treatment.

• No strenuous activity, heat exposure (sauna, hot tub), or sun tanning for 24 hours.

• Avoid heavy exercise for 24 hours.

• Use Tylenol (acetaminophen) only if needed.

• Results typically last ~2–4 months.

Why follow up in ~2 weeks?

A 2-week follow-up helps assess results and refine dosing if needed.
